Keep CALM and buy art

Anti Suicide campaigners CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) have teamed up with Jealous London and the Connor Brothers to launch Art to Save Lives, a 12 month project which will see a limited edition print released on the second Wednesday of each month, with the featured artist to be curated by the Connor Brothers. There will be 18 of each print made available, a number which reflects those lost to suicide each day in the UK. The prints, made available via Jealous London here, will be priced at £250, with all proceeds going toward the continued assistance by CALM of those struggling with depression.

The first artist to be featured was Patrick Hughes, whose work ‘Greybow’ (pictured, image courtesy of CALM) conjures such a poignant depiction of the silent struggle faced by so many every day in a battle against an invisible enemy which prevails too often.

We will be covering each monthly drop, as it happens here.
